Napoli agrees to sign Romelu Lukaku

Napoli finally agrees to sign Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku from premier league. Both clubs have agreed on a 30 million euros fee plus add-ons up to 15 million euros 45 million euros potential. Lukaku will have to put a pen to paper for a three year contract with Serie A
