Super Eagles and Napoli forward Victor Oshimen has turned down 70 million euros offer from Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli. Despite the 130 million euros,no bids have been made. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said that Oshimen refused the offer due to salary and release clause issues
